Hamiltonians will get a chance this week to help guide reform proposals for Ontarioís voting system. The Ontario Citizenís Assembly on Electoral Reform will receive local input on Wednesday evening as part of a province-wide consultation that is expected to lead to a referendum next fall and a possible switch to a proportional representation system. Media accusations against LIUNA officials
Two major Toronto media have reported in the past week on possible links between the Labourerís International Union of North America (LIUNA) and known crime families. The reports included video tapes of a union official meeting with Dominic Musitano Jr. whose father ruled the Musitano mob in Hamilton. Article continued.
